General Information

• Gates open 6:30pm with all performances starting between 8:30 and 9pm and finishing no later than 11pm. Gates close at 11:30pm.
• Upon arrival please make your way to the check-in desk in the garden. We will need the name of the person who purchased your ticket. We will give you a wristband which must be worn for the duration of the event. Please bring a proof of purchase, such as a receipt, in case it is needed.
• If you wish to eat here before the gig commences, please pre-order your meals from the menu below. All food must be pre-ordered at least 48 hours before the gig. You can pay for your food in cash when you collect it. See the details below.
• In most cases, the pre-ordered food will be available to pick up from the food tent between 7pm and 7:30pm. Please pay cash for your meals.
• We are not allocating seats so please choose your own on arrival.
• Accessible seating is available. Please call us to book accessible seating which we will allocate close to the gate.
• The outside bar accepts cash and card payments. Please note, cash payments are quicker to process than card payments!
• This year, for the first time, our bar will include real ales plus up to 5 others on tap: Malthouse Lager (4.2%), Haze Pale Ale (4.0%), Bristol Beer Factory Clear Head Pale Ale (0.5%), Hooky Original Cider (4.8%) and Sheppy's Raspberry Cider (4.0%).  All of these are decanted into pint-and-a-half screw-top bottles to reduce visits to the bar. We'll also have a good selection of wines, spirits and soft drinks. All drinks are served in biodegradable 'glasses'. 
• Tickets are non-refundable.
  

Toilets and Accessibility

• If you require wheelchair access please inform us in advance of the event so that we can allocate both parking and seats close to the gates.
• The accessible outdoor toilet is located at the front of the car park.
• Access from the car park to the garden where the concerts are held is via gates with a dropped kerb.

Car Parking and Travel

• Car parking is limited to our car park and some of the bottom lawn of the garden. Please park sensibly to maximise space or, better still, arrange to car-share, get a lift, walk, cycle or use taxis, particularly whilst our gardens are still recovering from the floods earlier this year.

• There is no on-street parking locally.
• The nearest railway stations are at Reading and Twyford. 
• There are no local bus stops. If you're travelling by rail we would recommend booking a taxi to the pub. We use Loddon Cars as our local taxi service. Call (0118) 9321321.
